Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session to avoid charges. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full unless due to emergency circumstances.
Refunds for service packages may be provided on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, subject to a reasonable cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
All content on our website and all materials provided during our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, methodologies, frameworks, and software, are the property of crystalnexorium or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
